KN58-2 December Chef's Knife

A couple shots of a 7-3/4" Chef's Knife from S35VN with some crazy maple burl that I processed earlier in the year. I had some laser text added.

New! December 23rd!

This is another KN58 Chef's knife only this time it's from 3/32" Nitro-V steel and the handle is scaled with a with black fiber spacer and stabilized spalted maple. Pins fore and aft are micarta with a 1/4"   mosaic in the centre.

Merry Christmas!

Dan,
Is the pattern for K58 in the knife pattern archives somewhere? Couldn't find it. Absolutely love this site. Grinding out my first knife now.

Ah ya, sorry I haven't uploaded it yet. It was traced on a scrap piece of wood in the shop. I will transfer it to PDF soon. Thanks for the kind words. Happy New Year!
